I am using an odoo studio component.

Printing in pdf is one of the most important process of the work order or quote for an insurance application.

We build a module called "work order" in which it is required to select several fields to parameterize a quote for an insurance application.

We can save the records, but we need to configure the report, but we can't make the fields that were selected appear on the form.

Example:

On the screen there is a form and we place an option where the user will have to select with radio button.

When we build the report and look for the elements, we only get the option of the question and the answer of the option only that says "TRUE"
