I have an odoo version8 App.I need to install this app in odoo Version9.
If It is Possible to install an older version app to new odoo?If Yes, then what are the installation steps?

This is usually not possible. But you can try it to see the outcome (do it on a test server and make a backup before).
Usually the changes are very small though! Just some xpath that doesn't work or @api.one or..
