thanks. In the video it requires to change the .pyc files, which is not suitable for the Odoo 14 entreprise version.

However I managed to do it this way :

- created a record rule
- model = calendar.event
- domain = ['|', ['partner_ids.child_ids', 'in', [user.partner_id.id]], ['partner_ids', 'in', [user.partner_id.id]]]

It works.
