How whatsapp can be integrated with odoo.The workflow should be the user should able to send and receive from odoo to whatsapp app and viz.Is there any open api available for this purpose?

Whatsapp currently does not have an open API that allows integrating all the WhatsApp functions on your website, there is only one API that allows you to connect to the Chat WhatsApp application from your website.
