Is there anyway to provide option for users to mark timeoff for 1.5, 2.5, .5 days etc

Only Holiday Manager has the access to edit the duration. If you want to allow other users to do that, remove the group from the view.

I tried editing the file, but it did not reflect any change. To test I changed the spelling of "Days" to something else and saved the file.
Reloaded odoo, change was not reflected.

I dont see any group named "groups="hr_holidays.group_hr_holidays_manager " in the HTML.
