I have a problem with my account

I have this message "Your subscription has expired. This database will be deactivated soon unless you take action. Go to our customer portal."

From 2014 I don't pay anything! Why i need to pay now?

Thanks a lot for the answer!

I was doing some tests and I activated 2 additional users (so 3 in total).

Now I have deleted the two additional users, but I still have the payment message.

How can I go back to the free version?

Adding users might not have triggered the change, as Ermin mentions you might have installed additional app. Even if you do uninstall them the database will no longer remain free.

The free offer is free for ever. Most probably you have installed additional apps.

The only change I had made lately was to add 2 users (which I have already deleted) ...
