what is the difference between customizing applications in Odoo Studio and Odoo.sh?
and how long last application created by Studio if I purchased for a month or two for example ?

Odoo.sh allows you to manage your database and of course you can do your own development.
Odoo Studio is best suited for those who don't know much about programming.
If you make modifications in Odoo Studio you must continue paying for it. If you delete the Odoo Studio app you lose the changes.
"What is the best solution?" is half a question, it doesn't ask anything. I have edited your post to explain your question, please use questions in the future. Imaging if every question in this forum was "What is the best solution?" - I don't think anyone would use it!!
