i installed odoo 13 on windows 10 64bits without any problem. can't start service

Hey Jiraphon,
Use Services to Start/Restart/Stop Odoo Server
Menu Start --> search "Services" --> search "Odoo Server" --> Select line and right click on Restart/Start/Stop's buttons above
