Since a couple of years we were using the so called POSBOX (provided by Odoo; in fact a Rasberry used to link the POS app to the printer);

This worked great until we migrate from release 12 to 13; since then we cannot any more print the sales tickets

Does any one know how to make the printer (EPSON tm....) collaborate with the POS module?

Any direction would be appreciated.
