Where to find a list of field names and field paths? Not available in the Odoo Documentation?
Different custom fields ("custom_note") in PDF. How to label different custom fields so that Odoo will see the difference and allow to add different text in every custom field?

Econ Odoo

You can go to Debug Mode, then Settings/Technical, Fields or models, you'll see the models and the fields there.
Each field will have a label where you can name it. When it is displayed, it can have another label specified in the xml. And sometimes these labels are translated which means another labels.
