Now when i sell 1 item it automaticly reorders this item so that the stock is always ok. It does this imedietly.
Is there a way to order all the saled items in one pdf file at a specific time in the day? So that the reseller does not get 5 pdf auto order emails but only 1?

Yes, by modifying the propagation of procurement group to 'Propagate'
1. Activatate developer mode
2 Navigate to buy route
Inventory > Configuration > Warehouse > Warehouse routes > Buy
3. Open buy Rule and set propogation to 'Propagate'
This would ensure that the products are added to RFQ of the vendor. If no RFQ is present a new one would be created.
You could choose to confirm RFQ at the end of day for reseller to receive 1 order with all of the sales
