Odoo 13 - CRM Email Templates - How to delete old templates

Question

The CRM system allows you to create an email and then save it as a template for future use. I am trying to clean up all of the previous templates that have been saved.  Odoo Community 13. When we change the template, we want to have only the last / best template listed. How do I delete the older templates? I am not a coder, just an admin. No code answers please. If this requires coding, let me know that. I'll direct you to our support developer.

Hi Blaine, In order to view all of your email templates, you will need to go to general settings and enable developer mode. The screen will refresh and in the top bar you should see technical. Under technical, you should see "email" within this section is "templates". CRM templates are most likely have to a name beginning with lead/opportunity.To delete simply check the box next to the template. An action button should show up at the top of the page near search, click this button then select del
