Please help. I want the chatter appears at the right hand side of the form view; not at the bottom. How do I do that?

Hi:
There is no setting in the core Odoo application. However, if you are using Odoo 12 CE, you can install the web_responsive module from OCA which allows the user to select the position of the chatter through a setting in the user's preferences.

I installed web responsive module. Then I went to Settings > Users > Find the user > clicked the Preferences tab, but I couldn't fine the Chatter option.
Then I went to Login option (top right corner) and clicked to Preferences there. I've then found Chatter option for the user.
