We are building a simple eCommerce store to sell a single product, we have a couple of questions.

We want to be able to restrict sales by country, as we only want to be able to sell to countries we can ship to easily.  Is there a straight forward default way to do this?  We couldn't find anything in the guides or on the forums. 

We have setup price lists by country as we have including shipping in the price, was this the best way to do this?

We are based in the UK so have setup a fiscal position to map the taxes to the single market area as appropriate and these are the countries we are looking to only sell to to begin with.
