Is there any module that extends Odoo's price list handling by allowing percentage values to be set on the product?

By default it's only able to set fix prices on the product, when choosing Specific prices per customer segment, currency, etc.

If you choose Advanced pricing based on formulas (discounts, margins, rounding) it allows setting percentage values under Sales > Pricelists however the possibility to set any price lists on the product form view is gone.

Does anyone know of any module which combines both?

Can you explain what exactly you mean? Please edit your question and be more specific.

Under Sales > Config > Settings:

If you then go to the Pricelists:

In that price list, under "Pricelist Items", let's say we pick the first iMac item with a min Quantity of 5:

Here you can see it's possible to specify discounts based on percentage (additionally to fixed price or formula).

This is not possible if under Sale > Config > Settings you choose the 2nd option (Specific prices per customer segment, currency, etc.). With the 2nd option, you manage price lists on the product form view. However it's only possible to specify *fixed* price values (% is not supported, e.g. see http://imgur.com/5sMu9Fe. In the column "Price" you have to specify you price per unit.)

You can show pricelists on a product (in Odoo 11, I don't have access to an Odoo 10 database) by ticking "Pricelists On Product" under Technical Settings (need to be in debug mode to do this).

In my experience this sometimes gets reset (I don't know why!).

Thanks for your reply Niyas (I cannot comment on your reply since I lack karma), 


I've checked it out. It seems to be a nice feature. 


However what I'm looking for is: 

  • On a product form few, e.g. iMac, display price lists (like it's possible with the option Specific prices per customer segment, currency, etc.) 

  • Allow using percentage based price discounts here (this is not possible, only fixed prices can be set)

  • E.g. Sales > Product > iMac > Sales, create new price list and set a percentage value like 5%

Again, this is not supported right now. You can do this only on the Price List items of a Price List, when enabling Advanced pricing based on formulas (discounts, margins, rounding).
