hi all iam trying to get this by automated mail action but how can someone (account manager) should be notified 90 days prior to expiry of field (subscription) and automatically
someone help me with this

Hello Xavi,
You need create Scheduled Actions, it will call based on parameter set.
For reference go to > addons and Search ir.cron in xml file and will get many example.
