Hey everyone , I work as an intern at a company that uses Odoo 16 but I am very new to this. How  can I learn about this ?

I really want to be able to solve the odoo related  doubts and problems  my company face from time to time . 
This will also help me understand an erp system and  make a career I odoo . 
Can someone please guide me with this ?
