In the Odoo community version 12. I have allocated some sales users under Sales / User: Own Documents Only.
But when a user in Sales / User: Own Documents Only group logs in to Odoo and goes to Sales Module. They can see all the Sales Orders and Quotations created by other users.
How am I supposed to solve this issue?
You should check whether there are any other Record Rules for sale.order
These are the standard Record Rules:
If users are only allocated to the "Sales / User: Own Documents Only" group then maybe you can check whether the user id on the Sales Order is blank.
