my website public user can only have access to create a product , all other menus are invissible to that user, how can i create this feature ?

I want to restrict the permission to create products to public user .I am not that much clear about setting permissions via Users and Groups.My requirement is, I want only the public user (means the user who was signup on website is allow to only create a product ) login to create the Products and also allow all the other users from creating the same.Somebody please guide me in this?

I am using odoo 10 version

The public user is the anonymous website visitor which should never have such permissions. You should not change the default permissions for the public user unless you know exactly what you want and how it works.
