users can't access the webpage of odoo, odoo hosted on Amazon AWS, Ubuntu OS
http://3.87.210.168:8069/web/login, how to configure this issue,
Please Advise.

May be the odoo service is not running in your instance, do just login to your server and try starting the odoo service and see.

it depends on how you set up the odoo instance, you can check the previous command by entering history in the terminal.
if you service name is odoo, then you can check status as sudo service odoo status
you can replace status with start/stop/restart for further

I've checked the database service and yes its up and running, but still can't access to the login screen, once i enter the web address, it shows me " internal server error"
