We use project updates as a place to record and store meeting notes however when 2 or more people are adding to or editing the description tab (form view) at the same time it does not save properly and only one persons work is saved.

This seems to be inconsistent (occasionally it does work) but many times especially after a screen is shared for any portion of the meeting, notes are not saved properly. Has anyone else had this issue and is there any way to fix it?

Note: currently using Odoo 16 enterprise
