If I create two companies on Odoo, and I want to keep their all record for their users. I don't want them to share any of the data example contacts products, etc..
Is this possible?

Yes it's possible, just make sure that on the forms you're filling (Products for example) you indicate the company in the company field. If it's left empty the data will be shared between all companies.
