I need to edit the list view inside the sale.order model and make the salesperson field as a selection field, what is the way to do it?

hello,
you can achive that by using studio and enable "Enable mass edit" feature.
steps to follow:
1. open list view (slae.order) in studio -> select salesperson column.
2. open view.
3. enable (check) "Enable Mass Editing"
4. Close studio -> select records to be changed(from list view sale.order) -> salesperson column will be selectable (small arrow will appear to select salesperson)

Thank you! It worked. I have one more question: I created several Cash Journals and I followed the steps by Odoo, so I changed the cash account in each one and changed the outcoming receipts and payments account. I just need to know if I am missing anything in the flow. Appreciate your support!

Hello, 1st step: I duplicated the main cash journal. I changed its name and changed the 'cash account' and then changed the 'Short Code'. Then I went to the incoming payments tab and created a new 'Outstanding Payments Receipt' Account and then created a new 'Outstanding Payments Account'. This is all, can you confirm it please?

this is right
for future work: odoo will automatically create new (cash, outstanding payments, outstanding receipts) accounts when duplicating the base cash journal so you will only set short code and rename outstanding payments, outstanding accounts to meet your requirments.
