Mail aliases for my tasks works perfectly. But how can I organize my communication with my customers? (I have inserted my customers under Sales/Sales/Customers.)

  1. info@my-company.de is the catch all mail address. It is correct that all mails to this will be automatically redirect to all followers?

  2. For this, the sender mail address must match the mail address of the customer. Or?

  3. What is, if the customer has multiple mail addresses?

  4. How can I do it if I communicate with several employees of a customer? Must I every employee create?

  5. I communicate with many customers. How can I grouping the communication in my inbox or where can I find the communication with a specific customer?
