Is there a way to share notes between Apps/Modules. 

example - Accounts department uses the accounting app and logs a note stating that the customer has made payment for a order. they log this under the customers account. Can this note somehow be shared by the system on the sales app so that that the sales team is aware that payment has been received with out having to open the accounting app and look through the notes there?
