Now posbox dosn't support Thai characters right? 

According to this https://www.odoo.com/groups/community-59/community-17977348, to develop encoding of other languages need not only programming skill but also knowledge in those languages. Basic Japanese support means there is some encoding code for Japanese but not sure the print result is readable or not. So, programmers native to those language  are required to complete the encoding module.
