Hi everyone,

I'm encountering an issue while configuring the stages for tickets in Odoo Online. My goal is to mark a specific stage as final, so when a ticket reaches this stage, it is considered closed. However, even after moving tickets to this stage, they remain marked as in progress or still being handled.

I followed the official documentation and noticed that my stage configuration screen is missing the section "Stage Description and States Meaning". This prevents me from properly setting whether the stage is for progress or closure.

Has anyone experienced this issue or found a solution? I'm using the Online version of Odoo and have already enabled Developer Mode with Assets, but the field still doesn’t appear.

Hi Alysson:

Go to Helpdesk > Configuration > Stages, edit the stage andset the value of the Folded in Kanban field on the stage to True. This will mark any ticket that is moved to that stage as closed.
