Hi Geetha, it seems that the account id( Chart of Accounts) which you are using to register the payment is not available in the account.account - The main configuration page of Chat of accounts ( refer screenshot)
It may be Archived or inactive
please check once!
Hi,
You are trying to insert or update a
table named account_move_line and there is the values for the field
account_id which is a foreign key from the account_account table and
this value not present in the account_account table.
Make sure that account_id field values are present in the account_account table.

All accounts are specified in COA, But the error has been occur. Can you guys please help me to fix this.
From the webshop we made a purchase as a customer by selecting product and making a payment over to that at the time the error occurs.
