We were entering Invoices as usual, then something happened and now we cant see the generated invoice number. Instead it shows draft:
when looking up posted invoices they show with nummer:
the user does not have special privileges and cant do much more than entering invoices... any idea?
Hi,
The invoice number generated once you press on confirm button (not when you create), it will be "draft" until you confirm it and the number will be generated.
well yes, thats what we did with the last 100 or so invoices. something changed. Our workaround for now is to set the date back one month for the new serial Invoice number to be generated and displayed and then use the current date.
We still need to know how we got here in order to rectify this.
