Hi,

We have own docker build based on Odoo offical docker. But first init when creating psql container with empty database odoo gives error:

odoo odoo.modules.loading: Database odoo not initialized, you can force it with `-i base`

But I would like to run to the Generating nondb routing. But some how it's not doing it. 

Any ideas for showing database manager for first start.
