Dear all,

we face an issue in multi company setup and I wonder if there is any other solution, than having the same product dublicated to use different HS codes per location - which obviously will be a hick up for the intercompany invoicing. 

The issue is following.

Harmonized System is made to have first 4/6 digits globally aligned, whereas the following numbers can be different.

For Example having in Europe a code like

1111-11-11 product ABC

In other countries like India it might be

1111-11-22 product ABC

So the same product itself, but a different HS code.

Therefore we setup in Europe first, but now the multi company is used for our office in India, but the HS code remain for all location the same.

Does anybody got a solution for it ?

We are using odoo online 17.0 - so no third party apps can be applied.
