Hi,
I insttaled Oddo 9.
I have 2 users.
First is Administrator with the right "setting"
secing is user1 with the right "configuration"
I dont find how change administrator or user1 right for havind technical setting

Once you done with it, You can go to settings app and now you can see the Technical Menu on top right.
