Odoo automatically send password reset emails to new users, as soon we add. Sometimes it is not required.
How to disable this feature in odoo 12.

Here are the steps to update Users action.
Technical > Menu Items > Settings/Users & Companies/Users > Users
Edit Users action
Update Filters > 'no_reset_password': True
Context Value = {'search_default_no_share': 1,'no_reset_password': True}
It will stop sending password reset email notification after creating a new user.
