Hi. we are having some issues with spammers so we are thinking about some kind of solutions:
1. every post has to be approved by a moderator
2. confirm email account don't let you post, a moderator has to give yo rights to do it manually.
How can I implement some of this questions? There are any config option to do this? I didn't find anything.

You can restrict the spammers by enabling following
1. Privacy Policy
2. Please increase the Karma points for " Ask questions without validation"
