I have created a custom addon which contains taxcloud in sales settings.taxcloud is a boolean field.On clicking taxcloud it will show 2 parameters i.e API key and API ID.In sale order I want to verify address of customer inorder to connect to taxcloud..

How to implement it...

To know when I need to call VerifyAddress I want setup an event trigger on the address entry form so that once the customer fills in all of the address fields, my service or script will be notified to take action and verify the customer has provided address information.

Please Help..
