I've been using a manual system to handle my restaurant and now i want to import all that data into Odoo POS. Is there a way to select the Order date when creating them?
Odoo is the world's easiest all-in-one management software.
It includes hundreds of business apps:
- CRM
- e-Commerce
- Akuntansi
- Inventaris
- PoS
- Project
- MRP

Dear Andres,
I think you can use create_date field.
That field by default in odoo framework so you can access that field
I think you should first create that field .py file
Like
'create_date': fields.datetime('Order Date')
and after use in .XML file
Like
<field name="create_date" />
Hope this useful for you.
Thanks & Regards

@ankit gandhi, just to be clear, we're talking about creating a custom model that overrides the create_date field to make it editable??
