How to Restrict Users from Exceeding Assigned Hours in Odoo 17 Online Standard Version?

I am working with Odoo Online Standard Version and need some guidance on managing task hours. Specifically, I want to ensure that users do not exceed the allocated hours assigned to them for a task.
Here’s the setup:
*Field for Allocating Task Hours:*  *No Access to Code or Odoo Studio:* I’m working with the standard version and do not have access to custom coding or Odoo Studio.  *My Goal:*
I want to implement a mechanism or formula to restrict users from logging or exceeding the number of hour

With the Standard Plan, there is no way to do this (it requires customization).
How would this work anyway?
If you ask me to do a Task, and it takes me 3 hours, but you only allow me to enter 2, where am I going to put the other hour? I am going to add it to some other Task and your metrics will be incorrect.
*It is better to train staff to reach out if they don't think they can complete the Task in the hours predicted.*
By the time they are entering time, it is too late!
