I reckon Odoo ERP and CRM systems aren't connected by default. So, for example, we can't access from within the CRM the following information- which customer of ours bought our Product with serial number 1234 (which is defined in the ERP).
Is there a connector available to help achieve this ERP-CRM connection OR a way to meet this requirement?

I meant the Odoo CRM system.
The list of vendors in Odoo can only help me identify which Product we bought from which vendor, but no information about the actual end customers who buy our final finished product.

Which crm systems? Define the system that you are using and maybe we will find a solution. Otherways you have a vendors list in Odoo which will deliver products to you. So it is a direct link from the vendor to the product. Cheers
