I want to install Excel import export module but I don't know how to install external dependency like openpyxl on Windows and Ubuntu server

Hello Quang,
You may download openpyxl from below. For both Operating system its same package.
If you are using Odoo 12 or higher you may require pip3 to install the package.
For Ubuntu:
https://pypi.org/project/openpyxl
For Windows:
Follow this steps:
