How to Import data into Contact form from Excel Sheet Odoo 12

i want to import data in from excel sheet into Contact as well as into Contact & Address Tabs
from one Excel Sheet ...
in some case i have Individual with Contacts & Address Tabs
in some case i have Company with Contacts & Address Tabs
how i can link from one excel sheet that will create my contact as well as contact Address tabs also

Without adding in Contact Column add the Company as related Company.

Hi,
In order to get an idea just create two contacts one as company and other as individual and add their contacts and export them .then try to import with new data.
