Hi. My bank synchronization is working fine until 5 Jan 2024. After that, there are no transactions in the statements. I changed the date and tried to fetch the translations but nothing happened. I think in the account department they changed the password or security setting in our bank account which is connected to my synchronization. How I can find out or resolve it? please help me with this.
