I have my outgoing email server well parametered in Odoo (Mailjet).
Yet, my users still get some error messages from the outgoing email server indicating that it does not authenticate their email addresses.

First, check that your email server is well configured in Odoo and test the connexion.


Aside from this check, there is nothing more that you can do in Odoo and any message coming from the external server must be treated directly with him. 

The best course of action would be to 1) check that all your users have indeed authenticated their email addresses in Mailjet  2) contact Mailjet's support and inquire about the error message and it's possible origin.
