Hi, Can anybody please tell me how to create Vouchers in OpenERP? by voucher what I mean is a document like invoice where I can record my expenses like Electricity, Telephone bill and as well as purchases of an asset like a computer or laptop. I cannot use a normal Purchase Invoice for this purpose. In ERPs like Tally there is something called Voucher which I don't see in OpenERP but I'm sure there should be some other provision for it. Please help in this regard

In OpenERP you can find Journal Vouchers menu inside Journal entries.. Please check with 6.1 or 7.0 version of OE.
If I understand you correctly, try and implement payment order. This should work as the equivalent of a payment voucher
