We are using odoo13 community version ,we have issues in work order dates & timings.In work orders timings are calculated on 24 hrs, bases where as per our company working hours it should be 8 hrs .Kindly lets know how to configure work orders dates & timings as per my company working hours.

You can configure the working times that is applicable to your company in Settings > Technical > Working Times
Post that you can assign the appropriate work timing to your work centers Settings > Technical > Resources OR Manufacturing > Configuration > Work centers
Do ensure the correct time zone is selected, as Odoo defaults to UTC time
