how to add records information automatically to a PDF certificate file in odoo website

I build new app using odoo studio and made a form in it, from the form the customer insert their information and it will be saved in database, but I want to make a PDF certificate file and when I archived a specific record I want to send a certification PDF to this person in his information using Email

Hello,
You need to create 3 different things, in this order:
1- Using Studio, you need to create a new Report (pdf) for you app and customize it to your liking
2- You need to create an email template for the Email you want to send and add the Report you created as an attachment.
3- You need to add an automation that triggers once you archive a record and send the previously created email template that included the Report as an attachment.
