Hello,

When an email comes in to the system is creates a lead. Sometimes the email is actually relating to an existing opportunity - in this case I select the lead and merge it with an existing opportunity.

However, sometimes it seems that the opportunity name is updated to that of the previous lead, and sometimes the other way around. What decides which name is kept for the merged objects? Is there a way to define on a case-by-case basis which name should be kept?
