I have a question regarding the on-premises Odoo Enterprise version. I plan to switch from Odoo Community to Odoo Enterprise and would like to understand how Odoo tracks the number of enterprise users.

I am following these steps for the transition:

1. Take a backup of the Odoo Community database.

2. Obtain the license and source code from Odoo.

3. Add the enterprise modules to the addons path.

4. Restart the Odoo service.

5. Click update app list.

6. Install the `web_enterprise` module.

7. Register the subscription.

After these steps, how does Odoo determine the number of enterprise users I have?
