Sorry, no.  The best you can do is hope that they reply to your question and the system sends you an email from them with their email address (which if you copy) you can then email them directly (outside of the odoo system). 

I believe this is a security flaw of the forum and have asked them to keep email addresses private.  Actually private messaging can be a big problem to police on large forums.
