If you have installed "knowledge", be sure: - your current user has the richt to see this moduel - you look for the menu "documents", its not named "knowledge" (yeah, i know i know...)

How does it works? (i'm new, not sure, but this may help). The "knowledge" allows you to upload/store/manage files. This Module allows you to configure those folders. It also allows you to install an "wiki" (you have several choices for different purposes) where the "knowledge" will be stored. Go to Settings -> Apps and search for "Document Management", you will see "Document Management - Wiki - Procedures" and some more...
