Odoo doesn't have a direct "block sender" feature like typical email clients. If you manage your own email server, you can set up server-level rules to block specific addresses before they reach Odoo. For Odoo's mass mailing features (Marketing app), you can use the blacklist to prevent sending outbound emails to spammers, but this won't stop inbound spam.

More technically, you could create custom scripts within Odoo's email configuration to filter or delete emails from specific addresses, but this requires expertise. Otherwise, you can manually mark emails as spam or archive them. If you're on Odoo Online or Odoo.sh, your options are more limited. Always consider GDPR and privacy regulations when blocking emails.
